Glow Natural Wellness sells natural skincare and supplement products to a US audience that increasingly researches ingredients, routines and brand reputation before buying. Their existing site was running on an older theme that loaded slowly on mobile, made it hard to browse by category or concern, and wasn't structured in a way that search engines could easily understand — so despite a loyal customer base, very little new traffic was arriving from organic search.
The challenge
